That's Amore Cheese Buffalotto Wheel (Wedge approx. 160g)

Buffalotto is our very own matured buffalo cheese made using only fresh buffalo milk that is locally sourced in Victoria. 
It is a unique product which balances the full flavour you would expect from a cheese that has matured for a minimum of 12 months with a subtle and crumbly texture similar to a Parmesan cheese. You can grate it onto your favourite dish or add it to any cheese or antipasto platter.
