  • Sopressata is a traditional Italian style cured salami. Althoughthere are different versions of Sopressata throughout theprovinces of Italy, Marino Sopressata is taken from the Calabreseregion. Historically, this home-style salami was pressed inwooden boards to give a flat shape appearance and is seasonedwith capsicum paste. Available in hot or mild.
