That's Amore Cheese Cacio Pepper Wheel (Wedge approx. 200g)

A semi-matured, cow milk cheese with a slightly sharp flavour and speckled with the perfect amount of chilli. Cacio chilli is great for serving on cheese platter or grated over pasta.
