    Plump, soft, artisanal cow milk mozzarella. Our fior di latte is extremely fresh and has a high moisture content and a mild, delicate flavour.
    This fresh mozzarella cheese is perfect for a caprese salad, enjoyed with olive oil and crusty bread, or lightly melted on a pizza.

    This product has a shelf life of 24 days from production and recommended consumption is within 48 hours once opened.
